A depot designed to be usable.
The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable content, and a choice about decorative motion. We welcome specific feedback about any barrier you encounter.
Navigation and reading
Use the skip link at the top of each page to move directly to the main content. Navigation, category links, provider guides, and article contents are built around standard links and descriptive labels. Article headings provide an outline of the reading experience.
Motion preferences
The site respects the reduced-motion preference available in supporting operating systems and browsers. The footer also provides a motion pause control when JavaScript is available. Decorative animation is separate from the text and links needed to use the website.
Small screens and alternative input
The layout adapts from desktop columns to smaller-screen reading and browsing. The mobile navigation and question disclosures use native controls that support keyboard operation. Hover treatments are decorative; essential information and destinations are available without a mouse.
